MSF engaged Institute of Water and Sanitation Development to build the capacity of their health promoters to develop toolkits for program improvement for their Environmental Health and Adolescent Sexual Reproductive Health programs being implemented in Harare.

Developing Participatory Health and Hygiene Education (PHHE) Toolkits for Rural Schools

The IWSD was engaged by UNICEF WASH in Schools program to develop PHHE toolkits that have been adapted for rural schools for use by project to facilitate PHHE training for school health coordinators and school health club members.

Customer Care (CC) and Community Support to Service Delivery (CSSD)

The Institute of Water and Sanitation Development was engaged to train and support the set-up of necessary platforms for Customer Care (CC) and Community Support to Service Delivery (CSSD) for target districts.
